It is with much regret that I have to impart sad news this evening.
Dave Hewittson, as most of you would know sadly passed away this evening at 7.30pm.
Dave, a past Vice Chair of SAJSA and long serving FSA Board member, is well
known throughout the junior ranks.
As most of you may know Dave was diagnosed with cancer prior to Xmas and had his first dose
of Chemo Therapy delayed until the 28th of December so he could spend Xmas with his family.
Unfortunately he suffered a major heart attack last week and regretfully succumbed to it this evening.
Details of the funeral will be advised when known. RIP Dave you will be sadly missed by the whole of the South Australian soccer/football community
