On Sunday 24th September Yorke Peninsula Soccer held a very successful presentation day, enjoyed by all especially the players that received their awards. At the conclusion of the presentation, it was announced that YPS will be holding an AGM to form a Board for season 2024. This AGM will be held on Sunday, 22nd October 11.00am. Location will be Kadina Sports and Leisure Centre, 1, Dodswell Terrace, Kadina.
In accordance with the YPS Constitution, any willing members wishing to nominate for a position on the Board, submit their written application to the Secretary, Chloe Raymond, 21 days prior to the AGM. (Sunday, 1st. October). A maximum of 9 Directors can be elected at the AGM, but the Board can later appoint 2 more Directors if they need extra assistance and have willing persons wishing to assist.
Even if you are not able to nominate for the Board we encourage as many parents as possible to attend the AGM so that when the elections are held, they have been elected by a large representation of the YPS members.
