As you will probably be aware the temperature in Barmera is going to be very hot,
therefore, we have to adjust the fixtures, to comply with the FSA heat policy
and a duty of care for the players.
You will find attached fixtures using numbers and team names.
There are also brief notes laying out the pros and cons of the changes.
It is now EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT TEAMS MUST VACATE
THE PITCH IMMEDIATELY THE GAME IS FINISHED.
If this doesn’t happen and games run into the heat of the day, they may
be abandoned and a draw recorded. Because of this please be respectful
of following games and comply with the rulings.
We apologise that this has happened but the bottom line is that if these
amendments were not put in place; the alternative was, that the event would
have to be cancelled, which would have caused a massive impost on parents
that have taken time off work to attend and would lose any money expended
for accommodation.
Finally, for all attending delegates the General meeting will now be held in
the SAJSA office, Bruce Oval, at 2.00pm.
Remember it is mandatory to have at least 1 delegate present at the meeting.
Once again, our apologies for this necessary change but it is the better
option of the 2 available and we thank you for your understanding of the change.
Final note.
If by chance the temperature forecast changes by Thursday pm reducing the maximums,
then we will advise that we will be reverting back to the original fixtures
